How does Synergy work?
Organisations contract Synergy to perform a specific function or Statement of Work (SOW). Synergy then hires the best team of people to perform the SOW.
What makes it different, however, is that while Synergy (SRG) employs the team, the SOW is carried out at the organisation’s premises. The team is fully integrated within the organisation and works to the organisation’s standard operating procedures with the support of a Synergy manager to oversee the Synergy team onsite.
