As Managing director, Andrew sets the strategic vision for SRG, directing the development of new services and client offerings while strengthening SRG’s people-centric company culture.  

Prior to his current role at SRG, Andrew enjoyed an established career in strategic and commercial leadership for some of Impellam’s global brands. In his most recent role working in the Asia and Pacific Regions, Andrew led a full-scale business transformation, including a significant expansion of sales and operational functions.   

Bringing over seventeen years of experience in recruitment to her role as National Accounts Director, Emma helps lead the design, implementation and delivery of complex outsourced recruitment models for employers across STEM. 

From Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), to Early Talent and Managed Serviced Programmes (MSP), Emma’s expertise and leadership helps ensure that we always deliver the best quality service for our clients, and effectively adapt to meet their changing needs. 

Alison’s role is leading the business strategy and growth for the UK Scientific specialist staffing teams including Life Science, Chemicals and FMCG. 

Always authentic and with boundless energy, her passion is inspiring others to grow, achieve their goals and be the very best they can be, whilst providing our customers and stakeholders with exceptional service above and beyond expectations.  

Joining SRG in 2014 and having worked in the Impellam group since 2008, Alison has enjoyed a 35-year career in the staffing industry, starting out in professional services, before finding her niche in STEM, with expertise in Science, Engineering and Executive search.  

James is responsible for our National Delivery teams spanning across Clinical and Engineering alongside Specialist Staffing sectors across Science, Clinical and Engineering, covering both the UK and Europe. 

His MEng in Chemical Engineering and 15 years of recruitment experience in Clinical Development, Engineering, MedTech and the Scientific space make James an expert in all areas of the Product Development life-cycle. He is passionate about playing a front-line role in building client relationships, listening and adapting to a customer’s needs to provide options to lower Client ROI, time to fill and improve employee retention through adopting a quality-based hiring approach. 

  

With a background in Molecular Biology, Carol has over 30 years’ experience of working in the Life Science’s sector, moving from research roles in Neuroscience into Operational management and leadership of scientific services. 

Carol joined the Synergy team in 2020, and was appointed as Head of Synergy in 2021, before assuming her current role as Operations Director for Synergy’s Statement of Work (SOW) services, covering the UK and Europe. 

Carol is a multiple award winner for design, creativity, and technical excellence. Carol is passionate about encouraging young people into science roles within her wider team. 

With over 10 years of Marketing experience, Ridaa entered the recruitment industry in 2020 as Marketing Manager for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022.  

Ridaa’s exciting journey with Impellam began in August 2022 as a Marketing Manager. Now Head of Marketing for STEM, looking after Carbon60, SRG and Lorien, Ridaa looks after all things Marketing, including marketing strategy, planning, development, and execution across many channels with a great focus on socials and brand presence.
