Proudly leading market-leading brands within the group, including Lorien – Specialists in Technology, Digital and Professional recruitment; Carbon60 – experts in Project Engineering and Technical Workforce solutions; and SRG – leaders in Life Sciences, Clinical, and Engineering recruitment, David’s focus is on creating scalable, unified models, embedding best practices, and ensuring exceptional experiences for clients, candidates, and contractors.

David is passionate about STEM talent, believing it’s what sets businesses apart and helps customers thrive in a competitive market. It is his goal to not only connect great people with meaningful opportunities but also ensure that every client and candidate gets to experience and benefit from the best that Impellam’s STEM experts have to offer.

In her role as Head of People - STEM, Emma plays a key part in shaping the future of SRG. Taking the lead on our People Agenda, she is at the heart of building capability, and planning and managing our talent and development approaches with a goal of achieving shared organisational objectives. 

Since achieving MCIPD status, Emma has worked in HR roles – including positions for a variety of companies across the insurance and retail sectors – for over two decades and has already held HR Business Partner roles for over half her career. 

A member of the Impellam team since June 2022, Emma supports all our group’s STEM Brands, working closely with the Managing Directors and Senior Leadership teams of Carbon60 and Lorien in addition to SRG.

A qualified Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with over 10 years of experience in a variety of accounting and finance positions, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to SRG in his role as Finance Business Partner.

Since joining the Impellam Group in November 2014, Jeff has worked in various finance related roles supporting different brands within the group. Now at the heart of SRG’s financial planning, projecting and key decision making, Jeff plays a vital part in helping to protect and build our company’s future, and ensuring we continue to provide the very best service to our clients and candidates.
