Our Services - Deploying Scientific Teams

We take a collaborative approach to delivering higher value strategic science, working closely and directly with our clients to:

  • Understand the client’s existing processes and infrastructure

  • Identify areas and activities to be managed by Synergy under a Statement of Work (SoW) agreement

  • Integrate our expert, trusted team within the client’s lab, handling day-to-day management on their behalf – whilst always providing visibility and control

  • Reduce workload for the client’s core permanent staff – increasing time for focus on strategic science and project delivery

  • Support business continuity and continued improvement; provide constant support, meaningful metrics and expert governance; and guarantee successful service delivery

Our robust governance framework, supported by our team of dedicated Account Managers, ensures that our customers have full ongoing visibility of the services we provide. The Synergy senior team has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry and understands the technical requirements for each workflow, whilst our collaborative approach allows for transparent decision-making, accountability, and risk management.

Weekly operational meetings typically cover key activities, team updates, and any immediate issues. These regular meetings ensure consistent high-quality service delivery, with any identified issues resolved in a timely manner.

Meanwhile, monthly operational meetings provide forecasting data, a look at workflow patterns to maintain operational cadence, financial updates, and a summary of any escalations, risks, and risk mitigation.

And quarterly business reviews are designed to provide a more strategic look at our overall service delivery. We routinely send out customer surveys to measure satisfaction ratings whilst also using reviews as a platform to celebrate success and to highlight any process efficiencies made through our ongoing Continuous Improvement programme.

By fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement at all levels, we uphold the highest standards in scientific service delivery.
