Quality Control (QC) is the practice of maintaining standards during the manufacturing process, as well as ensuring consistency in a company’s products. Most large scientific, clinical and engineering companies have in-house QC departments. QC is similar (but not identical) to Quality Assurance (QA).
QC roles are available in various industries and locations, with responsibilities and salary dependent on your experience and the company’s requirements.
