This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to make the move into an office based role and still use their technical knowledge and skills.

The Role:
- Act as a point of contact for customer in the set up of new studies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and manage stock and materials for upcoming studies
- Ensure appropriate agreements are in place
- Interpret contracts and study information to identify requirements and what supplies and materials are needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and operations teams
- Forecast timelines for upcoming studies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and in line with the QMS
- Process improvements
- Help set up new processes as required for study delivery
Requirements:
A relevant life science degree and industry experience
- An understanding/experience of any of the following: cell based assays; potency assays; ELISAs; SPR studies
- Prior CRO experience would be highly beneficial
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a customer driven environment
- Self-starter with an ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Able to be flexible and adaptable as business needs change
