Business Development Manager - Medical Sales
You will be responsible for direct sales and account management activity for all customers within your designated sales territory and will work to clearly defined objectives and agreed business plans that will ensure both the retention and growth of customers within the territory.
You will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of new customers through the development of robust business plans that will convert competitor business to the company's products and will Coordinate the workload of the Clinical Specialist to achieve UK business plans.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 3 years success in sales achievement within the Medical Devices sector, ideally theatre sales.
- Commercially aware with sound judgement and business acumen.
- Confident, goal orientated and self-starting.
- Excellent communication skills: listens, influences, inspires and motivates others to act.
- Strong IT and presentation skills
- Develops and maintains relationships by making a strong personal impression.
- Excellent analytical skills and a creative problem solver.
- Demonstrates a passion to continually learn about the comapny's products and services together with developments in the wider orthopaedics sector.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
