  • Hybrid model: Onsite in Marlow 3 days a week, WFH 2 days
  • Pay £17.95 per hour - £20.51 per hour. DOE
  • 12 months - Mat cover
  • Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to come on site

JOB SUMMARY:

Support the business' Associate Director, Managers and Sales Team in the effective implementation and review of Medical Education activities within the business.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Medical Education Programme development & deployment
  • Provide support to AMI Managers in the development, approval, and production of educational materials
  • Brief and manage creative agencies and budgets involved with the production of educational and promotional materials
  • Provide support and input during the yearly business planning process

  1. Budget Management
  • Manage day to day spend and tracking of promotional budget
  • Raise purchase orders, process and track HCP expenses and meetings sponsorship

  1. Meetings and Event Management
  • Work closely with external agencies to manage development, approval, and delivery of medical education programmes
  • Management and approval of UK national meetings and congresses

  1. Sales Team Support
  • Act as point of contact for sales teams providing administrative and logistical support

  1. Promotional compliance
  • Liaise with Regulatory and Medical Information departments to ensure compliance with ABPI codes of practice and all relevant company procedures and protocols

  1. Manage GDPR Assets
  • Ensure that all websites and mailing lists are kept up to date in line with GDPR regulations

  1. Handling External Queries
  • Dealing with incoming queries from potential customers and 3rd parties
  • Ensure that any adverse events are reported within the correct time frame

Essential Skills and abilities

  • Excellent organisational / strong project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of ABPI Code of Practice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, and Zinc Maps copy approval system,
  • A good understanding of purchase order/finance systems/terminology
