Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Hourly Pay Rate: £29.00 p/h

Site Location: Merseyside

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (2 Days, 2 Nights)

Contract Length: 12 Month Contract with Scope for Extension

I am currently searching for a Maintenance Engineer with experience ideally working within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food/FMCG or other regulated industries to join a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company located in Merseyside (Northwest of England).

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance for the equipment that is present across the site. The equipment you will be working on can include pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, as well as utilities and site services.

Position Requirements:

• Experience working as an Engineer in manufacturing environment, ideally regulated manufacturing such as: Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food/FMCG, etc.
• Experienced maintaining manufacturing equipment or utilities/site service or ideally both.
• Experienced with some of the following equipment: filling machines, packaging equipment, clean/black utilities, boilers, vessels, pumps, water generation systems, water for injection, steam generators, autoclaves, etc.
• Ideally experienced in mechanical and electrical maintenance
