Due to exceptional business growth, and an existing footprint successfully implementing their software in NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, and leading University medical centres across the UK and the Netherlands, they will be expanding their UK based team.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of the business development plan on the UK market, which includes the search for business opportunities, business partners, projects, presentation development and follow-up. Reporting directly into the UK Market Lead, you will collaborate with all senior leaders within the business.

  • Involving customer stakeholders in the implementation projects
  • Supporting successful transformation and benefit realisation evaluation
  • Providing consultative roles to projects by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learned from other projects
  • Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates
  • Managing the implementation projects by members of the implementation team or external resources (eg: service delivery partners, customers)
  • Monitoring project progress and controlling the dependencies that affect resources, budgets, profitability, and schedules in close collaboration with the company implementation team and respective colleagues contributing to the UK projects
  • Supporting the implementation specialists in identifying, reporting, and managing project risks
  • Leading, managing and developing implementation specialists to ensure they are equipped to set up and deliver their projects within organisaitonal and customer requirements and constraints
  • Overseeing Implementation Specialists outputs and progression against meeting project goals

Experience

  • Experience in sales/business development within the healthcare field
  • Experience with successful transformation and benefit realisation evaluation
  • Experience in the health tech field
  • Deep understanding of the UK Health care system - NHS
  • Customer and goal oriented
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills
