Here at SRG, we are proud to partner with a global, established medical technology company that design and manufacture market leading products in a range of different therapy areas. They are looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join their orthopaedic division to support the execution of the plans to collect clinical and economic evidence that expedite the introduction of new products globally while also growing the adoption of the portfolio.

As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be required to work collaboratively with other functions and clinical teams in the business as well as other stakeholders to support regulatory related activities and submissions. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager for Hips and Knees, some of your main responsibilities and job functions will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supporting the clinical strategy for the Orthopaedics portfolio
  • Supporting the clinical aspects of the NPD program through working with the relevant clinical strategy leads to execute the evidence generation strategies
  • Generating documents in support of evidence generation activities including study proposals and reports. Supporting publication strategy and conference submissions.
  • Responding to questions from regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to the appropriate regulation
  • Applying a comprehensive understanding of the company's commercial priorities to help craft the clinical strategy for our Orthopaedics portfolio
  • Working with the New Product Development and Marketing teams to build user needs, claims, indications, and market strategies
  • Working directly with clinicians and clinical sites to initiate and manage clinical evidence generation activities, including those initiated internally and externally for both new and legacy products
  • Generating documents in support of evidence generation activities including study proposals and reports
  • Generate publication strategies and write scientific paper and abstracts.

As the ideal candidate, you will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience. You will have experience working with clinical strategy or supporting a products route to market, preferably with Hips or Knees. You will have a good understand of clinical evidence and clinical studies and be able to work with healthcare professionals.
