Human Resources Practitioner


12-Month Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)
Rate: €193 per day (PAYE)
Hours: 40 hours per week


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Practitioner to join a fast‑paced organisation on a 12‑month contract. This role will support key HR activities across employee relations, data analysis, and core HR processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and project teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support across employee relations matters in line with Irish Employment Law
  • Support core HR processes including performance management, career development, and compensation
  • Analyse HR data and produce reports to support business decision‑making
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders when required
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to resolve HR-related issues
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support process improvements
  • Operate confidently in a fast‑paced, changing business environment

Key Requirements

  • Previous HR experience within a fast‑paced organisation
  • Strong employee relations experience with a solid understanding of Irish Employment Law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain confident under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Commercially aware with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Workday experience is an advantage
