Human Resources Advisory Lead

Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: €247/day PAYE

We're partnering with a large, complex organisation to recruit an experienced Human Resources Advisory Lead to provide senior‑level HR guidance across employee relations, performance, reward, and talent processes. This is a leadership‑focused advisory role, suited to someone confident operating with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

The Role

As the HR Advisory Lead, you'll act as a trusted partner to leadership and line managers, delivering expert advice on core HR concepts while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across people processes. You'll also play a key role in coaching teams and influencing change across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of HR advisory support across career management, performance achievement, compensation, and employee relations
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leaders and line managers on complex ER matters in line with Irish Employment Law
  • Act as a coach and advisor, influencing behaviour and decision‑making at leadership level
  • Support talent discussions, performance cycles, and reward decision‑making
  • Own and execute core HR processes including grievances, exits, transfers, and promotions
  • Analyse and present HR data and insights to support business decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, Career Counsellors, and Talent Leads
  • Contribute to HR projects and change initiatives across the wider people function
  • Support employees across the full lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience

Skills & Experience

  • Expert knowledge of core HR disciplines including career management, performance achievement, and compensation
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations and Irish Employment Law
  • Proven HR advisory experience in a complex or matrixed environment
  • Strong team leadership and coaching capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and summarise information for a senior audience
  • Advanced Excel skills (data consolidation, validation, pivot tables, charts)
  • Strong PowerPoint capability with experience creating clear, engaging presentations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Innovative, continuous‑improvement mindset focused on efficient HR operations
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to research, problem‑solve, and influence outcomes
  • Workday experience is an advantage
