Job Title: Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hampshire

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead a multi‑skilled engineering team across high‑speed production and utility assets.
You'll drive world‑class reliability by owning Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance strategies, reducing unplanned downtime.
Responsibilities include leading RCAs, improving OEE, developing engineering talent, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong experience in reliability improvement, clean utilities, and CMMS systems is essential.
