About the role

We are recruiting an organised and detail-oriented MRP Logistics Officer to join a busy Planning team at a highly regulated manufacturing site. This is a key role focused on maintaining high-quality planning and master data, supporting MRP activity, and enabling effective collaboration across the business.

You'll be working in an environment where data accuracy, compliance and attention to detail are critical, supporting both ongoing operations and new product introduction activities.

Key responsibilities

Create, maintain and validate master data and Bills of Materials within SAP and associated systems
Execute MRP runs and generate purchase requisitions in line with business requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecast data within SAP
Prepare and distribute regular planning, performance and management information reports
Provide planning support for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Ensure all planning-related GMP documentation and procedures remain current and compliant
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and planning effectiveness


What we're looking for

Proven experience in a planning, logistics or MRP-driven environment
Strong practical experience using SAP (including the PP module) and Excel
High level of accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines
