SAP HCM Expert - Contract (SC Cleared)

We're hiring an experienced SAP HCM Expert to join a major S/4HANA transformation programme with a leading client.

Summary

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to work on S/4HANA Transformation Aerospace & Defense Programme. Responsibilities: As a SAP HCM Expert, you will be responsible for driving delivery and adoption of SAP HCM for the current project. You will utilize your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to implement and deploy SAP HCM. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with Functional team members and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as will providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is required. Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Delivery Excellence and Stakeholder Engagement is suggested. Deploy SAP HCM Solution Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Work with user community in adopting the solution

Key Requirements:

• Strong SAP HCM experience, especially Personnel Administration (PA)
• Good knowledge of Organizational Management (OM)
• Experience delivering SAP HCM on S/4HANA projects
• Ability to lead delivery and work closely with stakeholders
• Active SC Clearance (essential)

Role:

• Lead SAP HCM delivery and support system adoption
• Work with business users and functional teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor
