Digital Brand Manager - Established Brands

Location: Maidenhead (3 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: 9 months
Primary Focus
The Established Brands (EB) Digital Brand Manager will be accountable for developing and delivering marketing tactics to support Eye Care brands within the EB portfolio, valued at approximately £40 million. The postholder will create and localise global materials, publish digital content, and engage with customers.
Key Focus Areas
- Execution and delivery of the EB strategy and brand plan.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to understand which key messages resonate with clinicians.
- Localise global marketing materials for the UK market.
- Develop promotional materials with creative agencies and leverage existing/global assets.
- Partner with medical and regulatory teams to ensure full compliance with relevant codes.
- Learn and use systems such as Veeva / PromoMats for marketing material approval.
- Manage budgets during materials development and placement.
- Place materials with media agencies and customers.
- Agree internal and external success metrics for campaigns.
- Review campaign performance data (CTR, views, etc.) to assess impact and optimise.
- Deputise on specific areas for the Established Brands Commercial Lead.
Accountability
Reports to the Established Brands Commercial Lead, with direction also received from the Head of Contracts & Pricing and other internal leaders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital pharmaceutical marketing, able to onboard quickly and deliver impact in a short-term role.
- Curious, commercially minded, and driven to deliver projects from inception through to launch.
- Comfortable working with high autonomy and demonstrating entrepreneurial thinking.
- Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats is desirable.
