QC Administrator - Temporary Contract

Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.49 per hour (dependent on experience)

Are you looking to further your hands-on QC and laboratory administrative experience with a leading chemicals manufacturer? Our client, a global market leader known for a range of industrial coatings, is seeking a QC Administrator to support their QC on a temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Administrator or candidates with laboratory experience who have a proven background in organisation and administration.

What you'll be doing:

  • General lab maintenance
  • Sample collection & preparation
  • Maintain Quality Control documentation, filing analytical records and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, organising retests, laboratory rotas and schedules and maintain stock levels, ordering materials as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Available immediately, or with very short notice
  • Previous laboratory and/or administration experience
  • Organised, with a keen eye for detail
