About the Job:

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will manage the activities of the Engineering Maintenance Departments to deliver high-quality services to the site. You will be responsible for managing change, leading site improvement and driving strategy on site.

• You will provide engineering and maintenance services within budget and in line with the MHRA, FDA and Health and Safety guidelines.
• You will develop maintenance strategies ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.
• You will implement continuous improvement initiatives and reliability enhancements within the Engineering Maintenance department.

About you:

You will be a qualified engineer, with a strong understanding of hands-on maintenance and reliability. Several years' experience in maintenance or plant management, including managing personnel working on automated or semi-automated process plants

• You will have previous experience working in a regulated industry, ideally pharma.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and EU regulatory requirements
• Strong management skills, including budget preparation and control.
