QC Team Leader needed for a permanent role based near Cheltenham. Experience in GMP environment and experience with FMCG and/or Healthcare Products.

Due to the size of the business this role will involve many aspects, from managing the departments QMS system, to supporting staff with training, method transfer, equipment procurement and process improvements. Role:

• People management, responsible for support team
• Calibration, maintenance and qualification of equipment
• Process review and improvements
• Maintaining Quality Management System
• Constant Adherence to H&S
• Analytical work for method transfers
• Supporting and training of QC team

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level within relevant discipline
• At Least 3 years of experience in QC in GMP environment
• Experience with working with a variety of products
