Graduate Account Manager - Medical Sales

This is a field based role and the territory you will be covering is the North East of England. Geographies that will cover Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland, Middlesborough and surrounding areas.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive over-achievement of sales targets across territory
  • Represent The Company professionally within the community and secondary care.
  • Demonstrates in-depth clinical and product knowledge within key indication areas
  • Produce specific account growth plans detailing actions and resources
  • Build comprehensive customer account plans
  • Maximise the clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines.
  • Pull through of the business by the Account Manager crucial following on from the formulary inclusion.
  • Drive and support product implementation across care settings
  • Ensure correct and competent use of brands through regular training
  • Initiate and drive (hospital/community) product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers
  • Facilitate audits to gather prevalence data
  • Plan and implement local study/educational activity to raise awareness of the therapy areas and build platform for sales opportunities
  • Meet agreed Metrics & SFE Standards working within and adhering to Company's compliance policy & Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics.
  • A strong understanding of the company CRM system and record calls daily

About You

  • Educated to degree level, with ideally a bio-medical sciences background or nursing experience. Recent graduates with a Bio-medical sciences degree will be considered
  • Tenacity, be highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong and impactful communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence key decision makers.
  • Demonstrates skills at meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation & IT skills
