Support the Aesthetics Sales Function in the effective review and execution of sales and marketing activities across all brands and sales teams within the UK & Ireland Aesthetics business. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Team Support
Act as point of contact for sales teams providing administrative and logistical support. Including but not limited to:
- Working with cross functional teams across the organisation.
- Provide support to Sales Leadership Team around meeting management and administration.
- Manage stock and supply of marketing materials ensuring sales teams are supplied with all necessary campaign materials.
- Support management of GDPR guidance, ensuring all assets, databases and mailing lists are kept in line with relevant regulations.
- Provide support so that sales team understand and follow relevant SOPs to ensure that we operate business in a compliant manner.
- Providing support around product stock ordering and management for HCP training meetings.
- Providing support around the organisation of local educational and training meetings.
2. Budget Management
- Manage day to day spend and tracking of promotional budget for sales team
- Raise purchase orders, process and track HCP expenses and meetings sponsorship
- Meetings and Event Management
- As appropriate, work closely with external agencies to manage development, approval and delivery of meetings
- As appropriate, work with cross functional colleagues to manage internal sales team meetings, conferences and congresses.
- Prepare contracts and agreements, as required for all meeting
- Handling External Queries
- Dealing with incoming queries from potential customers and 3rd parties
- Ensure that any adverse events are reported within the correct time frame
- Promotional compliance
- Liaise with Regulatory and Medical Information departments to ensure compliance with ABPI codes of practice and all relevant company procedures and protocols
Essential Skills and abilities
- Excellent organisational/strong project management skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of ABPI Code of Practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- A good understanding of purchase order/finance systems/terminology
