As Operations Compliance Officer, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of pharmaceutical compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
You will have the chance to work with a variety of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry experts, and internal teams. You will be expected to stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry, and to provide guidance and support to the team.
About the Job:
As Operations Compliance Officer you be responsible for leading compliance and
- Be the first point of contact between the company and Collaborators for any operational queries.
- Provide operational oversight within the facility, ensuring that operational procedures and policies are complied with.
- Take ownership of operational policies and procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and are maintained "in date".
- Take ownership for ensuring facility log-books are completed and maintained compliantly in accordance with GMP and data integrity principles.
- Take responsibility for the management of waste, including collection of Human Tissue Waste and Large Volume Liquid Waste, ensuring that waste is packaged, collected and disposed in accordance with internal procedures.
- Perform root cause investigations, GEMBA walks and reviews of existing processes and systems to drive improvement.
- Develop and deliver training on operational procedures.
- Work with QC, QA, Engineering, Warehouse personnel, Collaborators, suppliers, and services providers to assist in the maintenance of GMP complaint operations as required.
About you:
You will be a degree qualified in relation to life sciences as well as experience working in a (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing environment fulfilling an operational role.
- Scheduling experience
- Good understanding of GMP and cleanroom operations.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
