Are you an ambitious early career professional ready to make a difference? Our client's Medical Early Talent programme offers a two-year rotation across a range of areas.
Our clients R&D Medical Early Talent Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across their Medical UK business, where you'll rotate through different teams in various business areas such as Medical Operations, Patient Safety, Medical Information and Medical Affairs.
You'll be joining us on a 2 year contract, the programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful medical career in the business.

- You will be part of our clients Therapeutics business focused across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and other areas of unmet need.
- You will experience opportunities both within the head-office teams and out in the field.
- You will have direct contact with external healthcare providers as part of your work.
- You will be assigned a dedicated mentor and buddy to support you on your journey.
- You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients' lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of medical functions and will work alongside other areas of the business such as Commercial and Regulatory.

- A degree (STEM subject) or equivalent experience where you can demonstrate core scientific medical knowledge
- Must hold a full UK driving licence by the start of the programme in September 2027
- Please note that flexibility regarding location may be required as part of in-field medical rotation programme
