SRG are delighted to be working again with a leading aerospace and defence manufacturing company based in North Lanarkshire. This company have been consistently growing in recent years and are now looking to appoint a quality engineering manager to oversee the development and manufacture of their highly-regulated products.

The Role

As Quality Engineering Manager you will work alongside a team of experienced quality professionals (both technical and systems focused) and will be one of the go to figures for technical quality engineering queries. This involves being involved in strategic direction setting for the quality department, assisting with product quality issues and working closely with stakeholders, both external and internal, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The Right Person

  • Demonstrable quality leadership experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a high-reliability manufacturing environment
  • Expert-level knowledge of ISO9001 regulations
  • Degree level qualified in a technical discipline (mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, chemistry, etc.)
