If you're a contract IT Program Manager who wants a complex, dynamic, headline change programme rather than a standard application development or delivery gig, this contract opportunity is worth considering. You'll be leading IT transformation initiatives on the HR technology side of a global divestiture, separating HRIS (Workday) and related IT HR systems for a Global Enterprise spanning technology and manufacturing services. It's complex, it's visible and it's challenging due to the scope & scale of the program. The Deliverables

• End-to-end delivery of multiple IT HR systems projects, from planning through to go-live
• Budget, resourcing, governance, risk and dependency management across the programme
• Vendor coordination and executive-level reporting
• Close day-to-day partnerships with HR, Technology and Business stakeholders, plus external partners, to land the separation and migration of Global HRIS systems (Workday) as part of the wider divestiture
• Ensuring every change lands within the Group Change Management practices

Experience you WIll Have

• 5-10 years of IT project and program management experience
• A track record of successfully delivering IT software application or development projects
• Ideally, hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, Oracle or SAP
• The ability to thrive in a multinational, dynamic, change-heavy corporate environment
