Building Fabric Technician

Location: Dublin & Leinster
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (until end of 2026)

We are recruiting for a Property Maintenance Technician to support a range of commercial sites across Dublin and the Leinster region.

The role involves carrying out general building maintenance and repair work, including painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, lock fitting, door repairs, drain cleaning, lamp replacement and other building fabric tasks.

Requirements

• Previous property or building maintenance experience
• Good all-round repair and maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong focus on health and safety
