SRG are delighted to be working with a highly exciting early stage biotechnology organisation who specialise in viral vector development and manufacture for use in the wider life sciences industry.

Having recently received funding this company are now looking to grow their technical leadership team by adding a technology development leader, initially on a 6 month contract with a view to the role becoming permanent.

The Role

As Technology Development Lead you will report directly into the CEO and will establish a set of analytical assays for lentiviral product quality and function. You will help to deliver on commercial projects and programmes, collaborating with customers and demonstrating the company's technology.

The Right Person

  • Expert level knowledge of lentivirus development and production
  • Relevant qualification in a Biological Science (ideally PhD qualified but other relevant experience will be considered)
  • Demonstrable experience in biotech industry
  • Prior experience in a customer facing roles is highly desirable
