Lean Leader - Manufacturing Operations

Our client a leading global manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced Lean leader to head up its Continuous Improvement program. You'll partner with site leadership to embed a Lean culture, drive kaizen events, and deliver real, sustainable results across the shop floor and back-office processes.

This is a hands-on role for a confident coach and change-maker - someone who can engage people at every level, roll up their sleeves, and turn Lean tools into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Shape and execute the site's CI plan alongside leadership
• Lead kaizen events and structured problem-solving initiatives
• Build out visual and daily management systems
• Train teams in core Lean tools (6S, SMED, Kanban, OEE, Daily Management)
• Coach others to build lasting Lean capability
• Drive improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Productivity

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
• Proven track record deploying Lean Operating Systems with real results
• Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma certification - preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management background - preferred
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
• A genuine bias towards action
