Location: Berkshire (hybrid working model - at least 3 days on site)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: approx. £30.77 per hour (PAYE - Inside IR35)
About the Role
SRG are working exclusively with a top pharmaceutical company on an excellent role for aspiring Medical Affairs professionals. We are seeking a Trainee Medical Review Advisor to support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional healthcare materials across a range of therapeutic areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy or medical graduate to develop expertise in medical review, compliance, and healthcare communications, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and codes of practice.
- Provide scientific and compliance support to brand and cross-functional teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliant processes and standards for healthcare communications and activities.
- Help deliver practical, compliant solutions that support business objectives, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Review materials accurately and efficiently to meet business timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in medical review projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Pharmacy or Medical degree (essential).
- GPhC registration for pharmacists or GMC registration for physicians (essential)
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex scientific, pharmacological, or medical information.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams is desirable.
