Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
Contract: Full-Time
Pay Rate: £18.54 per hour

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Warehouse Technician to support seed production, processing and supply activities within a busy agricultural and research environment.

This role offers a varied mix of warehouse, logistics, stock management and field-based responsibilities, playing a key part in ensuring samples, stock and customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The successful candidate will work across multiple operational activities, supporting both day-to-day production requirements and seasonal agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfil customer and internal orders, including label creation, bagging, seed treatment and booking collections.
  • Record moisture levels, weights and stock data accurately, ensuring complete traceability.
  • Handle sample taking, sample deliveries and maintain associated records.
  • Manage stock movements, storage organisation and inventory records.
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics for multiple order types.
  • Operate drying, cleaning and processing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Support certification sample collection and submission activities.
  • Process stock movements, quality uploads and operational records within business systems.
  • Assist with seasonal activities including harvesting and drilling operations.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience within agriculture, seed production, warehousing, logistics or a related operational environment.
  • Comfortable carrying out physical handling and stock management activities.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently whilst following established procedures.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Forklift Truck (FLT) licence desirable.
  • PA1 and PA11 certificates desirable.
  • Experience operating agricultural machinery or tractors would be advantageous.
  • Experience using SAP or similar stock management systems is beneficial.
