Warehouse Operative
Location: Sunderland
working pattern: Monday-Friday | Overtime Available
Contract Length: 13-Week Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment
A leading global medical technology manufacturer is seeking several Warehouse Operatives to join its busy distribution and logistics team in Sunderland.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to secure a long-term position within a well-established organisation. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in logistics, fulfilment, manufacturing, retail distribution and high-volume warehouse environments such as Amazon and similar operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing products for dispatch and delivery
  • Loading and unloading stock where required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and service levels
  • Following company health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Previous picking and packing or warehouse experience is advantageous
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn

Working Hours
Rotating weekly shifts:

  • Week 1: 08:00am - 16:00pm
  • Week 2: 10:00am - 18:00pm

Additional Benefits

  • Overtime available
  • Time and a half paid for overtime hours
  • Saturday morning overtime available
  • Opportunity to secure a permanent position following the initial contract period

  • Start dates available immediately.
