Manufacturing Technician


We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join a high-precision engineering environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll support daily machining operations, take ownership of more complex setups, and help maintain quality and efficiency across production.

What you'll be doing

  • Set up and run CNC and manual machines for precision components
  • Support the team with tooling changes and troubleshooting
  • Read engineering drawings and ensure parts meet spec
  • Carry out in-process inspections using measuring tools
  • Make machine adjustments to improve quality and output
  • Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to operate or set CNC/manual machines
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
  • Confident reading engineering drawings
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach


Nice to have: experience in turning, milling or similar disciplines, CNC controls (Fanuc/Heidenhain), or inspection/CMM work
