Senior Communications & Change Lead - Contract

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 months (extendable)
Rate: €600 - €625 per day

We are currently partnering with a leading global IT / Technology Organisation seeking to appoint a Senior Communications & Change Lead for a high-impact contract role. This position will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic communications internally across a complex enterprise IT environment with a Global scope.

This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior leadership (C-Suite executive Leaders) requiring a strong ability to communicate & translate complex IT, cyber and operational topics into clear, executive-ready communications & reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Executive-level IT communications and strategic reporting across Enterprise PMO, IT governance & Senior Leadership forums
• Produce high-quality CEO and board-level reporting materials including ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) updates & Global IT Comms
• Coordinate IT governance presentations, leadership briefings and town hall communications& events
• Create & design slide desks & presentations to provide insights for Senior Leadership stakeholders
• Provide organisational change management (OCM) communications material oversight & planning support to IT Project and Program teams, aligned with PMO governance
• Be the central Coordination point for cross-functional teams including Enterprise IT, Cyber, IT PMO, Global Communications and 3^rdparty partners
• Ensure consistent messaging across global and local communication channels

Key Expertise & Skills required:

• Proven expertise in Senior Strategic communications, Executive Level Reporting (up to Global CEO level) & leading communications across organisational change & transformation projects
• Ownership of Communications delivery & strategy for Internal Commsacross a corporate function, Shared Services or PMO
• Senior Level experience in Corporate Communications within large scale, matrixed Multinational Organisations
• Strong experience delivering Executive and board-level reporting
• Ability to operate in complex, global IT environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Executive storytelling and insight-driven reporting
• Ability to manage high-pressure incident communications
• Change management methodologies

Any Comms or Change expertise supporting large-scale, enterprise IT programs (ERP, SAP, CyberSecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure) is advantageous.
