Seeking multiple Customer Service Advisors - Fluent Irish & English

The Opportunity

We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors - Fluent Irish and English essential - to support customers across Ireland with high-quality, helpful and accurate information relating to public transport services. This is a brilliant opportunity for bilingual candidates who enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly with people and making everyday journeys easier for people across urban and rural communities, ar fud na Tíra.

This role offers structured training, a supportive onboarding environment and the chance to use your Irish language skills in a real-world customer service setting.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the first point of support for customers who need clear, calm and practical guidance.

  • Handle customer enquiries in both Irish and English, with regular Irish-language customer contacts each week.
  • Support customers across inbound calls, webchat and email.
  • Provide accurate, friendly and professional information in every interaction.
  • Help customers plan journeys, understand route options, ticketing queries and service information.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Irish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • A confident, customer-focused communicator, who can stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems at the same time
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude when dealing with high-volume customer contact.

Hours, Salary & Conditions

  • Full-time hours: 40 hours per week or 20 hours if part-time
  • Salary: €30-32,000 per annum full-time equivalent
  • Operating hours: 8 hours or 4 hours per day (p/t) across Monday to Friday 06:00-21:00, with flexiblity for some weekend & public holiday shifts, on a rota system
  • Professional contact centre environment with structured training and support.
  • Location: 100% remote-working. (Option for Hybrid, if you prefer)
  • Contract type: Temporary PAYE contract
  • Working options: Full-time and part-time opportunities
