Technical Publisher (Entry Level)

Type: Temporary
Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Sandwich, Kent (Hybrid - minimum 2.5 days onsite)
Rate: (INSIDE IR35)
- up to £21.55 per hour (Umbrella)
- up to 19.23 per hour (PAYE)

We are partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Publisher to join their global team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, offering exposure to regulatory submissions that help bring medicines to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support publishing activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver publishing portfolios successfully
• Maintain and update documentation to support system changes, training, and user adoption
• Assist with testing and validation activities to ensure system functionality and compliance
• Contribute to implementing digital solutions to improve publishing processes
• Support the integration of innovative tools and systems across the business

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Interest in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (no prior experience required)
