SRG is working with a leading personal care and skincare manufacturer in Hampshire who are looking for a QC Lab Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to lead the QC lab, manage a team and be responsible for maintaining quality standards across site. It would suit someone with 3+ years' experience in a QC supervisory or management role, ideally within personal care, cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals or another regulated manufacturing environment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm total of 37.5 hours a week

Role / Description

  • Lead day-to-day QC laboratory activities, ensuring accurate and timely testing of materials and finished products
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support across analytical methods and laboratory equipment
  • Oversee investigations into non-conforming results, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Review and approve analytical data, ensuring compliance with quality standards and audit readiness
  • Manage laboratory systems, documentation, and equipment qualification in line with regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve overall lab performance
  • Develop and support laboratory staff, driving performance, training and continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Strong experience within a QC and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (supervisory or management)
  • Recent industrial experience working to GMP, ISO, GDP standards and working within a highly regulated environment
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and influence others
  • Full right to work in the UK, there is no sponsorship available for this role
