Seeking a strategic GTM Project Manager focussed on delivering GTM (Go-to-market), customer success & enhanced customer experience strategies & operational projects within a high tech, cloud-based Software Applications / SAAS Multinational.

Fully remote, 12 months temporary contract role, which is extendable.

This role also has the potential to convert to a permanent position during the contract period, depending on circumstances.

Salary: €70-75K or temp PAYE equivalent guiding.

Location: Dublin or Remote in Ireland only

Although a fully remote role, YOU MUST be living & based in Ireland for the duration of this role. NO SPONSORSHIP provided, so You MUST hold EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Irish work visa already.

The Role:

In addition to your proficiency as an experienced Project Manager, we are only interested in Functional Project Managers with prior experience / a prior background in delivering GTM (Go-to-market), Sales or Customer Experience / Customer Support projects & solutions.

So prior experience in delivering GTM strategic projects is essential.

The focus of your work will be to own the planning & execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience and to manage GTM projects that will deliver increased revenue operations by implementing solutions that will optimise the organisation's processes, leverage data and enhance overall customer success.

You will be engaged in a multi-project role with global scope. The projects that you will be managing will span both Process improvement projects & new product launches. Key Stakeholders are predominantly Europe / EMEA based.

We are not seeking Technical / IT Project Managers for this role - the focus is on the functional operational business side & specifically around strategic GTM & customer success. Delivering projects that enhance that strategy (for example, through the use of chat, AI tools, process automation, etc)

Expertise required:

  • Functional Project Managers with a background in delivering Go-to-market (GTM), customer success / customer solutions projects
  • Strong background & knowledge of customer engagement processes, delivery of functional process improvements & related customer solutions projects
  • Past experience in the likes of Sales / Marketing strategy & operations, Customer Support operations, Customer Service Delivery, CX (customer experience) or customer strategies / Revenue Operations
  • Agile mindset, able to embrace & easily adapt to change
  • Saas Solutions or B2C Saas type solutions background preferable
  • Ideally a PMP, Agile, Prince 2 or similar certifications in Project Management

Preference for a Project Manager from dynamic, modern industry models.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Asana & the like is also desirable.
