- Assist with office moves, device refresh projects and IT support for events
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in line with internal processes

- Comfortable working fully onsite, supporting users face‑to‑face
- Solidhands‑on experience with:

- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Laptop builds and deployments
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy or similar
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to manage a busy support workload and work to SLAs

- Experience in large corporate or regulated environments
Why Apply
- Long‑term 9‑month contract within a well‑established enterprise organisation
- Stable, clearly defined onsite role
- Strong experience for your CV within a structured IT environment
- Hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility
