Are you a driven Quality professional ready to take ownership of quality performance in a fast‑paced, highly automated manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated quality team within a modern production facility that manufactures high‑volume consumer products.
About the Role
As Quality Team Leader, you will take the lead in ensuring that every product leaving the site meets the highest standards of safety, performance and compliance. You'll oversee quality control activities across multiple production areas, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold rigorous manufacturing standards including GMP, HACCP and recognised food-grade quality systems.
About You
- Has strong experience in quality leadership within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Is confident interpreting technical specifications, quality data and SPC metrics.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production setting.
- Has excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
- Works collaboratively with teams across production, engineering and technical functions including those on separate shift patterns
