What You Will Lead & Achieve
Operational Leadership & Service Excellence

  • Lead on-site teams to ensure outstanding delivery of catering, cleaning, and soft services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless, consistent service standards that meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Act as the key point of escalation and problem-solving for operational issues.


Strategic Impact & Business Growth

  • Shape site-level strategy and contribute to long-term planning.
  • Identify opportunities to grow services and improve operational performance.
  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service innovation.


Stakeholder Leadership

  • Build strong, credible relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive a collaborative, "one-team" culture across the site.
  • Actively contribute to customer and client engagement through structured reviews and performance reporting.


Financial & Compliance Ownership

  • Lead budget performance, cost management, and P&L control.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, statutory requirements, SOPs, and risk mitigation processes.
  • Drive consistent compliance and operational governance across all soft services.

  • Experience in soft services, IFM service delivery, or facilities environments.
  • Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of H&S, compliance frameworks, and operational governance.
  • Experience with service standards, performance reporting, and customer engagement.
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
