Hours: Days, Monday-Friday (37.5 hrs)

Our client, a growing organisation in the sector, is looking for a Multiskilled Engineer to join their established engineering team. This role is ideal for a Multiskilled Engineer who enjoys a mix of planned and reactive work, supporting production, and driving improvements across a busy operational environment. As a Multiskilled Engineer, you'll be involved in maintenance, calibration, fault‑finding, and equipment repair, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
The successful Multiskilled Engineer will support daily manufacturing activities, complete engineering documentation to a high standard, and carry out root cause analysis to enhance plant reliability. You'll also manage contractors, refurbish components, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Multiskilled Engineer who wants to make a real impact within a growing business.
What You'll Do
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on a range of equipment
- Conduct fault finding and carry out repairs
- Support production teams to minimise disruption and downtime
- Complete documentation accurately and in line with procedures
- Undertake root cause analysis to drive long‑term improvements
- Oversee contractors and support installation work
- Refurbish spare parts and contribute to engineering development
What You'll Need
- Time‑served Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
- Strong Electrical/Mechanical engineering background
- Production engineering experience
- Qualifications such as B&P, L8, 17th Edition
- Exprience in a regulated indudstry (food, drink, FMCG)
- (Desirable) Experience in pharmaceutical environments
