Job Title: Dispensary Technician 2

Location: Bracknell (Fully On‑Site)
Pay Rate: £15.23 per hour
Contract Length: 1 Year

Overview

We are seeking a Dispensary Technician to support the Dispensary team on a dedicated project. This role focuses on preparing research samples for external testing by a Contract Research Organisation (CRO). The ideal candidate will be organised, process‑driven, and able to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dry dispensing of samples at a weigh station.
• Solubilise samples using a liquid handling platform.
• Reformat samples from their initial ppm concentration to mM concentrations.
• Track samples using internal querying and reporting software.
• Prepare documentation and paperwork required for shipping samples to the CRO.
• Support the wider Dispensary team as required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong teamwork abilities and collaborative working style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Some laboratory experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly organised, process‑orientated, and able to follow structured procedures accurately.

Education Requirements

• A‑Level education preferred, ideally in a science subject.
• This position is not suitable for graduates.
