Role: Senior Process Engineer

Type: Permanent

Location: Oxfordshire

SRG are currently recruiting for a successful and growing client. The team is expanding and seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support design, optimisation and scale-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design work (modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances)
• Translate lab and pilot data into scalable process solutions
• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure high safety standards
• Contribute to scale‑up strategy and process innovation
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional project delivery.

Criteria:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered desirable)
• Strong industrial process engineering experience, ideally with scale‑up exposure
• Background in clean-tech
• Skilled in process modelling and safety/risk assessments
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading workstreams.
