About the Role:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives that boost efficiency, minimise waste, and enhance product quality. This position focuses on applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement frameworks to deliver measurable results across manufacturing and business processes.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement strategies that streamline operations and improve overall performance.
- Act as a coach and guide for teams adopting Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Deliver hands-on support for process optimisation projects using Six Sigma and related tools.
- Drive a culture of innovation by challenging existing processes and identifying better ways of working.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and ensure targets are achieved year-on-year.
- Establish and track performance metrics to monitor progress and meet improvement goals.
- Share insights and best practices with global colleagues to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure improvement projects align with business objectives.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff on new systems and methodologies.
- Support scale-up activities for new products and processes to ensure smooth integration.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar).
- Minimum 3 year's experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Skilled in data analysis and familiar with tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
