About the Role
Join a dynamic, global technology leader! We are seeking a talented Procurement Operations Specialist to assist with the procurement operations within the Global Procure to Pay (P2P) team. We are looking for a proactive professional with a few years' experience in procurement operations & customer support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and providing high level service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Procurement:
- Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Vendor Account maintenance, 3rd party compliance checking, some travel & expense support, resolving tickets via ServiceNow
- Manage end-to-end procurement tasks, including NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Review and reconcile Purchasing card requests, audit expenses and manage credit card maintenance for financial accuracy
- Support procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee onboarding and exits
- Involvement in Procurement Transformation Projects with the rest of the global team to identify opportunities for process improvement and utilization of automated tools and systems in procurement processes
Essential Experience & skills required:
- 2 years + of procurement operations and analytical work experience, preferably some of which has been gained in a Multinational environment or an IT / Software organisation
- Understanding of related finance / financial accounting (AP-AR)
- Excellent customer service skills & a collaborative, team focused attitude
- Demonstrated proficiency in any Procurement & Business Support Tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Google G-Suite, Google Sheets, Concur / Forma, ServiceNow, Alteryx, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
