Job Title: Electrical Engineering Lead

Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to head up our modular electrical design team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality electrical fit-outs for modular units, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical systems and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers working on modular unit fit-outs
• Oversee design coordination, clash detection, and drawing approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor installation progress and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation
• Drive innovation and process improvements in modular construction

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ year's experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of modular construction and electrical systems
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with safety codes, compliance standards, and engineering software

Desirable:

• Experience with BIM tools and CAFM systems
• Health & Safety or Project Management certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, PMP)
• Background in modular or industrial construction environments
