Job Title: FM Working Supervisor - Electrical
Location: Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Head of Operations

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Working Supervisor with a strong electrical background. This hands-on role involves overseeing maintenance, compliance, and service delivery across a range of building systems, ensuring operational continuity and high standards in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance activities
  • Maintain asset registers and support capital planning
  • Oversee inspections and compliance for HVAC, water systems, boilers, and life safety equipment
  • Manage CAFM system (Maximo) for scheduling and defect resolution
  • Supervise contractors and internal FM team, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery
  • Respond to helpdesk queries and ensure SLA targets are met
  • Ensure documentation (RAMS, permits) is completed and signed off
  • Support procurement, onboarding, and training of FM staff
  • Monitor performance and maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Provide operational support including event setups and site image reviews

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong electrical background with experience in building services
  • Proven leadership in FM environments, ideally within food production or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, life safety, and control systems
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers
  • Excellent planning, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, CAFM systems)
  • Full Irish driving licence
  • Professional, safety-conscious, and customer-focused attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience with Maximo CAFM system
  • Budget management and cost control experience
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and audit processes
  • Background in food manufacturing or production
