Health and Safety Manager - Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, risk, and environmental policies.
- Provide expert advice and support to operational teams across all service lines.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures.
- Support training plans to ensure staff are competent in delivering services safely.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety walks, reporting findings and driving improvements.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
- Collaborate with regional HSEQ teams and contribute to business resilience planning.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities and internal safety teams.
What You'll Bring
- A diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in risk management and business continuity planning.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside of normal hours.
