Associate Director, Evidence Generation
Work Type: Temporary (remote)
Duration: 12 months initial
Rate: circa. £500-600 per day

SRG are partnering with a leading global pharma who have a need for an Associate Director of Evidence Generation. This key role will allow the successful candidate to help shape the future of medicine through innovative Real-World Evidence (RWE) programs and non-interventional studies. This role offers the opportunity to influence global healthcare decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
  • Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to analyses and publications
  • Ensure scientific rigor in study design and data interpretation
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders including KOLs, advisory boards, and patient groups
  • Represent the client in external collaborations and lead/co-chair study steering committees
  • Drive adoption of innovative methodologies and technologies in evidence generation

Experience & Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with a focus on evidence generation
  • Expertise in non-interventional study design and RWE methodologies
  • Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Proven success in cross-functional, global matrix environments
  • Strategic thinking with excellent collaboration and organizational skills
