Location: Royston, UK
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 - 14:30

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Metal Stock Controller to join their PGMS Supply Chain team in Royston, UK. This role involves managing metal inventory, ensuring accurate documentation of metal movements, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Metal Control Team Leader with daily management and problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate weighing and recording of all metal movements.
• Verify material purity as per commercial specifications.
• Conduct scheduled stocktakes and document inventory movements.
• Monitor and execute periodic physical inventories.
• Manage orders and deliveries of raw materials, scrap, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure timely and compliant processing of all shipments.
• Maintain and update inventory systems.
